Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original MIDHOURS packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor the status of your return.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
